Ray Robin these were sliced Potatoe alternated with onion drizzled with olive oil seasoned with garlic and pepper. It was delicious. The bacon would have been a great addition.
slice the potato and onion then alternate slices in pack. Add in too much butter or a few slices of bacon then foil up and bake. Cajun seasoning too if ya like.
Wing-ed Lizard sorry about that, I have to go back to work next week and I am nit looking forward to it. So for now just enjoying it.

yep….heavy foil and wrapped alot…good stuff
that’s the best way to bake potatoes.
